New home no a/c when moved in. Could have been out a little faster. I rated the scores because Liz made it happen quicker than expected. That would only be what needs to improve is since of urgency up front. I am in customer service and when we have a a customer with a concern we stop what we are doing and take care of them. The tech wash awesome and professional.
